Tokopedia launched a week-long sale called "Waktu Indonesia Belanja" (WIB) celebrating unique shopping experiences. Due to the time-sensitivity of WIB’s various offers and discounts, the team wanted to scale the number of messages sent in an hour while ensuring all the messages are delivered.
Tokopedia ran multiple campaigns using various engagement channels of MoEngage - Push Notification, In-app, and Email. The brand’s team created workflows using Flows to disseminate messages using these channels. They sent notifications at a 30-minute interval for every event and discount.
