# インストール/アップデートの区別

> MoEngageのappStatus APIを使用して、iOSアプリでアプリのインストールとアップデートを区別します。

アプリがすでにApp Storeで公開されている状態でMoEngageを統合する場合があるため、アプリの更新が実際の **UPDATE** なのか **INSTALL** なのかを把握する必要があります。この2つを区別するロジックを用意し、以下のメソッドを使用してSDKにその情報を伝えてください。
