# Regal

[Regal](https://www.regal.io/) は、ブランドの営業チームがブランド化された通話や SMS を通じて顧客とコミュニケーションできる、イベント駆動型の顧客エンゲージメントプラットフォームを構築しています。

# MoEngage × Regal

MoEngage と Regal の統合は、インサイト主導の顧客エンゲージメントと、アウトバウンドの電話および SMS 営業プラットフォームを組み合わせた強力なソリューションを提供します。この統合は、次のユースケースを実現するように設計されています。

* MoEngage でイベントが取得されたときに、Regal で連絡先を作成する
* MoEngage がオプトイン情報などのユーザープロパティを取得したときに、Regal 上でその情報を更新する
* MoEngage で取得したイベントをカスタムイベントとして Regal に転送する

# 統合

Regal Voice API は単一の Custom Events エンドポイントとして設計されており、連絡先の作成、連絡先の更新、または連絡先のプロフィールへのカスタムイベントの追加を行うことができます。

## ステップ 1: MoEngage でコネクタキャンペーンを設定する

MoEngage でコネクタキャンペーンを作成するには、

1. Create Campaign >> Connectors >> Custom に移動し、ニーズに最適な配信タイプを選択します

### Regal Custom Events API を呼び出す

Regal で新しい連絡先を作成するには、`POST` メソッドを使用してペイロードを設定します。

* メソッドとして POST を選択します
* Headers:
  * `Authorization`: `<your_regel_api_key>`
  * `Content-Type`: `application/json`
* Webhook URL としてエンドポイントを追加します: `https://events.regalvoice.com/events`
* Body:

**連絡先を作成**
