> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://moengage.com/docs/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Card の配信が遅れるのはなぜですか? > MoEngage での Card の配信は、ユーザーがアプリを開くことに依存します。Card が遅れる理由と、アプリ起動時に SDK がキャンペーンデータを取得する仕組みを説明します。 ## 問題 キャンペーンの公開直後に Card が配信されません。 ## 説明 * Card キャンペーンを公開し、ユーザーがアプリを開くと、MoEngage SDK は Card キャンペーンのデータをユーザーのデバイスに送信します。 * SDK は、そのデバイスに対するすべての Card キャンペーンの適格性を確認し、適格なものを表示します。 * ユーザーがキャンペーンの開始後しばらくしてから *App/Site open* アクションを実行した場合、Card が期限内に受信されないことがあります。 * ユーザーが *App/Site open* アクションを実行すると、2〜3 分以内に Card が配信されます。 以下の例では、*App/Site open* アクションが早い段階で実行されなかったため、ユーザーが Card を受信するまでに遅延が発生しました。アクティビティ情報から、*App/Site open* アクションの完了後 2〜3 分以内に Card が配信されたことがわかります。 app site open.png
