# OSM キャンペーンを閉じた後に画面がフリーズするのはなぜですか?

> On-site Messaging キャンペーンを閉じた後に Web ページがフリーズしていませんか? 閉じるボタンに必要な trackDismiss 関数と dismissMessage 関数を追加してください。

## 問題

On-site Messaging (OSM) キャンペーンを閉じた後、Web ページが一時的にフリーズします。

## 解決策

この問題を解決するには、OSM キャンペーンを閉じる際の閉じるボタンの **Settings** > **Styling** > **Custom Attributes** に、以下の関数が含まれていることを確認してください。

* MoeOsm.trackDismiss();
* MoeOsm.dismissMessage();
