# 双方向の会話

> Infobip と Gupshup のパートナー統合を通じて、チャットボットフローまたはライブエージェントへのルーティングを使用し、MoEngage で WhatsApp の双方向の会話を有効にします。

MoEngage とそのパートナー統合を使用して、ユーザーと双方向の会話を行うことができます。双方向の会話では、次のことが可能です:

1. 構造化されたチャットボットフローを介して顧客のメッセージに返信する
2. 顧客のメッセージをエージェントとの会話にルーティングして返信する

## **仕組み**

1. Infobip または Gupshup で WhatsApp 用のチャットボットを作成するか、エージェントチャットを構成します。Infobip または Gupshup と MoEngage の統合の詳細については、[Infobip](/docs/ja/partner-guide/messaging-channels/whatsapp-providers/configure-infobip) および [Gupshup](/docs/ja/partner-guide/messaging-channels/whatsapp-providers/configure-gupshup) を参照してください。
2. Infobip または Gupshup を送信者として使用し、ユーザーに WhatsApp キャンペーンを送信します。
3. ユーザーの応答に基づいて双方向の会話を構成します。
4. 顧客がメッセージに応答しない場合は、キャンペーンを終了できます。
