# 生年月日を含むセグメンテーションシナリオでキャンペーンをトラブルシューティングするには？

> MoEngage で生年月日に基づくセグメンテーション条件とタイムゾーン設定を検証し、誕生日キャンペーンがユーザーに届かない問題を解決します。

## 問題

生年月日に基づいてセグメント化されたユーザーにキャンペーンが届きません。

## 手順

以下の手順を実行します。

1. 使用しているセグメンテーション条件を検証します。誕生日の条件が "Birthday yearly where the date is today." に設定されていることを確認します。

2. タイミングがユーザーのタイムゾーンに基づいて設定されていることを確認します。

## 例

ユーザーの生年月日が 1998 年 5 月 24 日 3:00 で、そのユーザーにキャンペーンが届かなかった場合:

* 生年月日は MoEngage のデータウェアハウスに "1998-05-24 00:00:00.000." として保存されます。
* データベースのタイムゾーンがエジプト（UTC '+03:00）の場合、生年月日はそれに応じて調整されます。

セグメントの実行時刻がエジプトのタイムゾーンで "2024-05-24T21:45:02.804+00:00"（UTC）と記録された場合、"2024-05-25T00:45:02." に変換されます。その結果、日付が 5 月 25 日になり、問題が発生します。
