On-site Messaging displays pop-ups, surveys, or lead generation forms directly on your desktop or mobile website, or on your TV app, while a user is actively browsing it. This helps you capture leads, gather feedback, and deliver real-time personalized experiences. Like In-App Messaging, On-site Messaging is an inbound channel — the message appears within the surface the user is already on, rather than being delivered outside it like Push or Email.
A workspace can have up to 200 active In-App or On-Site Messaging campaigns at a time. To raise this limit, contact Support (additional cost applies based on your MTUs).

Use Cases

On-site Messaging supports a range of real-time, on-page engagement goals, including:
  • Real-time personalization: Show personalized content to visitors based on their behavior or attributes, without interrupting their session.
  • Lead generation: Collect email sign-ups or other contact details through on-page forms, including exit-intent forms triggered as a visitor is about to leave.
  • Immediate feedback capture: Run quick on-page surveys to understand visitor sentiment.
  • Promotions and discounts: Offer a discount pop-up to first-time visitors, or run a promotion using no-code gamification templates such as Spin the Wheel or Scratch Card.
  • TV app engagement: Deliver personalized messages to users of your TV application at key moments.
