Unlock New Destinations for Message Archival
The Message Archival feature now supports SFTP as a destination, enabling you to securely and automatically export complete message content and user details for Email, SMS, and Push campaigns directly to your own SFTP servers. This feature empowers organizations to meet strict legal and regulatory compliance requirements by maintaining a complete, long-term record of all communications. It eliminates the need for manual data collection, streamlining the process for auditing, business intelligence, and internal data archiving. Extended Campaign Draft Expiry
The MoEngage Campaign Drafts feature now preserves all drafts, including Campaigns, Flows, and Experiences, for an extended period of 180 days. This provides greater flexibility for your planning cycles by preventing drafts from expiring prematurely. You no longer need to recreate intricate work, which allows your team the necessary time for thorough reviews and approvals. This update helps you:- Allow more time for stakeholder reviews and approvals.

Maker-Checker & Teams for Flows
MoEngage has now introduced Teams and a Maker-Checker process for Flows. This feature allows you to organize your flows by team for a clearer view and set up an approval process to ensure campaigns are reviewed before publishing to reduce errors. Search Users

BigQuery Imports
MoEngage has now introduced BigQuery Imports. You can now seamlessly sync user profiles and events from your Google BigQuery data warehouse directly into MoEngage. - Prevent duplicates: A new Status toggle ensures auto-responses are sent only when active, preventing message overlap.
- Track performance: A new SMS Keyword Response Sent event is logged for every auto-response, giving you full visibility into campaign performance.
- Automated compliance: Subscription Management now automatically enables when Keyword Management is activated, streamlining compliance.
- General response: Configure a default general response message for any incoming text that doesn’t match a specific keyword.
