I’m excited to share that MoEngage has been recognized as a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management, (Independent Platforms), Q3 2021 report. In the latest Forrester Research report, MoEngage was recognized for its AI-driven insights, engagement personalization, and marketer-friendly analytics. MoEngage received the highest scores possible in 9 criteria: artificial intelligence, personalization, mobile, customer profiles & preferences, testing & optimization, digital intelligence, emerging channels, social media & digital advertising, and marketing performance management.

The significance of The Forrester Wave for Cross-Channel Campaign Management

Today’s consumers demand a consistent, personalized, and always-on experience across multiple devices and touchpoints. They desire contextual content from brands, in the moment of engagement, on the channel they prefer. To stay ahead of consumers’ shifting expectations, more brands are turning toward cross-channel campaign management.

Forrester defines a Cross-Channel Campaign Management (CCCM) platform as “Enterprise marketing technology that supports customer data management, analytics, segmentation, and workflow tools for designing, executing, and measuring campaigns for digital and offline channels”. The report evaluated 13 vendors based on three inclusion criteria, in which the vendor offers an independent CCCM platform, serves B2C marketers at large companies and has a significant market presence.

Forrester recommends that  while evaluating CCCM, customers should look for providers that:

  1. Facilitate customer understanding.
  2. Unify cross-channel orchestration.
  3. Innovate to produce moments-based customer experiences.
