Problem
Push templates (carousel images, background color, font color, and so on) do not display correctly in Push notifications on iOS devices.Solution
Perform the following steps to resolve the issue:- Identify the MoEngage SDK version used in your app. To find the SDK version, open your podfile.lock, search for MoEngage-iOS-SDK, and note the version listed.
- Verify whether the Notification Service Extension and Notification Content Extension are implemented in your app.
- If Notification Service Extension is not implemented, follow the instructions from the appropriate link based on your MoEngage SDK version:
