1. The SFMC-MoEngage Integration: Combining the Best of Both Worlds

First in line is the deep integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This integration allows you to combine the power of both platforms, creating a synergistic marketing flow that was previously unattainable.

Our SFMC integration focuses on three key areas to supercharge your campaigns:

Channels and Event Activation from SFMC Journey Builder: You can now activate MoEngage channels and events directly from the SFMC Journey Builder. This means you can seamlessly drop MoEngage Push campaigns and other events into your existing SFMC workflows, leveraging MoEngage’s strengths in mobile and in-app engagement without ever leaving the SFMC interface.

As you can see in the graphic below – you can drag and drop a MoEngage Push channel directly into your SFMC workflow. Similarly, you can add MoEngage Events to trigger a specific action or campaign. You can even configure the data fields needed for your MoEngage campaigns right from the SFMC builder itself. It’s a truly seamless, integrated experience designed to make your work more efficient and your campaigns more effective.

Bi-directional User Attribute Data Sync: This integration enables a seamless, bi-directional flow of user attribute data. User data from SFMC can now sync directly with MoEngage, providing the rich, unified data you need for hyper-personalized messaging.

Real-time Campaign Interaction Data Sync: The bi-directional data sync doesn’t stop at user attributes. Campaign interaction data—such as clicks, conversions, and opens from MoEngage campaigns—is fed back into SFMC in real-time. This allows you to supercharge your SFMC journeys, enabling dynamic optimization based on MoEngage’s engagement data.

2. The MoEngage-BigQuery Integration: Unlocking Data-Driven Marketing

The next key integration we have launched is the MoEngage-BigQuery integration, a game-changer for data-driven marketers.

This integration is all about making your data flow effortlessly in both directions, turning your data warehouse into a powerful engine for customer engagement.

This integration focuses on three key dimensions:

  • Real-time Audience Sync: Say goodbye to manual CSV downloads and uploads ! You can now sync audiences from BigQuery directly into MoEngage in real-time. For example, you can identify a “high churn risk” customer segment in BigQuery and instantly sync it to MoEngage for a targeted re-engagement campaign.
  • Seamless Data Import: This integration ensures that your user and event data from BigQuery is unified and up-to-date within MoEngage. This unified data foundation is crucial for building accurate customer segments and delivering truly personalized experiences.
  • Campaign Interaction Data Export: The loop is now complete. MoEngage campaign interaction data can be exported back to BigQuery, allowing you to link campaign performance with your key business metrics. This will help you unlock answers to key questions like, “How did this campaign impact a customer’s lifetime value?” or “Which campaign had the highest ROI?”
