A privacy error occurs when clicking links in emails.Explanation
This error happens when the landing page subdomain is incorrectly configured in the subscription management settings.Solution
Perform the following steps:- Go to Settings > Channels > Email > Subscription Management > Subscription Categories > Customize > Landing page subdomain.
- Verify that the SubDomain prefix value is your company name without any .com or other extension.

Remove the .com to resolve the privacy error. The correct value must be token.
