With the MoEngage and Freshdesk integration you can  automate the creation of support tickets in Freshdesk within MoEngage flows and campaigns:

The integration can be implemented in two ways:

  • Native Integration: you can use MoEngage connector campaigns to generate support tickets using Freshdesk APIs.
  • Zapier Integration:
    • You can create or update MoEngage user profiles whenever a new contact is created in Freshdesk.
    • You can add or remove users from specific cohorts (segments) when a ticket’s status is updated.
The integration helps you with
  • User feedback management – If a user provides negative feedback, through MoEngage flows and campaign you can automatically create a support ticket in FreshDesk, allowing your support team to follow up promptly and resolve the issue.
  • Customer data synchronization:When a new contact is created in FreshDesk, you can use Zapier to automatically create or update the user profiles in MoEngage. This ensures your customer information is always up-to-date across platforms, improving your customer service interactions.
  • Cohort adjustment based on support interactions: Whenever a support ticket’s status is updated in FreshDesk, users can be added or removed automatically from specific segments (cohorts) in MoEngage. This helps to better target users in your marketing campaigns, specifically users with outstanding or unresolved support tickets, leading to greater customer satisfaction.
