This feature is an extra layer of protection that ensures you are running safer, more trustworthy campaigns by screening against three major compliance scrubs:

  • Do Not Call (DNC) Lists: Ensures you do not message users on external federal and state-level DND lists.
  • Reassigned Number Scrub: Identifies and flags numbers that have recently been reassigned to a new user after the previous user opted in. These numbers are then marked as opted out to prevent sending messages to the wrong person.
  • Non-Litigator Scrub: Helps you avoid sending messages to users on lists of known litigators or legal representatives who have previously filed TCPA lawsuits against companies.

These validations, performed monthly and integrated with leading third-party providers, are not just about avoiding penalties—they are about building trust and creating a communication experience that respects your customers’ privacy.
