San Francisco, February 22, 2023 – MoEngage, the insights-led customer engagement platform, announced its integration with Storyly, the user engagement platform that embeds full-screen, interactive, and shoppable Stories in mobile apps and websites. As a result of this integration, MoEngage customers will be able to create audiences based on the user data they gather with interactive components of Storyly.

With real-time customer data and predictive insights, brands can easily offer tailored communications and recommendations that resonate on an individual basis across the customer journey.

By creating interactive Storyly Stories in their mobile apps and on their websites, MoEngage customers can use interactive components such as polls, quizzes, and open-ended questions to collect zero-party data from their audiences. This will give them access to invaluable insights into their audience’s preferences and will enable them to create new segments on MoEngage. It will also allow customers to connect audience segments identified and created in MoEngage, directly into Storyly, without the need for developer input,  to curate personalized user journeys.
