Gartner® Names MoEngage Based on the Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision
I’m excited to share that MoEngage has been recognized in The 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Multichannel Marketing Hubs. MoEngage is named for the first time ever in the Magic Quadrant report.
At MoEngage, we aim to build an Insights-led Customer Engagement solution powered by AI. We initially focused on solving for mobile-app engagement and tasted success as global brands such as Nestle, Deutsche Telekom, McAfee, and Airtel adopted our platform to improve the adoption and engagement of their mobile app - however, the goal was always to go beyond mobile-app and build a robust multichannel customer engagement solution. This is why, over the last few years, we strengthened our AI-insights and multi-channel campaign orchestration capabilities across almost all digital channels such as email, SMS, website, mobile app, push notifications, WhatsApp, and Social retargeting.
The proof of the pudding is in product adoption, and I am very excited to note that a large chunk of our customers use MoEngage, not just for their mobile app but for multichannel engagement. In fact, ~90% of our customers are running multi-channel campaigns across more than 3 channels and ~30% across more than 5 channels. Today more than 1200+ brands across 35 countries, including Ally Financial, IMVU, Audiomack, Travelodge, Deutsche Telekom, Nestle, Flipkart, Landmark Group, and Kredivo trust MoEngage.
In fact, with a score of 4.9 out of 5, we are the highest-rated Multi-channel marketing platform by customers in Gartner® Peer Insights™. We have also received the highest ratings for Evaluation & Contracting (4.8/5), Integration & Deployment (4.8/5), Service & Support (4.9/5), and Product capabilities (4.8/5) - with 95% of customer reviewers willing to recommend our product to others.
In this context, validation of our AI-powered multi-channel capabilities by reputed analysts makes me happy. We debuted as a Strong Performer in the 2021 Forrester Wave for Cross-Channel Campaign management, followed by our strong debut in the recently launched 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs.
In the latest Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Multichannel Marketing Hubs report, MoEngage scored in all four Use Cases: Campaign Creation, Campaign Orchestration, Campaign Execution, and Campaign Management.
