The MoEngage and Sarvam integration enables you to trigger AI-driven outbound phone calls directly from MoEngage campaigns, either from real-time user events such as an abandoned cart or a failed payment, or from scheduled sends such as an upcoming EMI reminder. Each trigger leads to a two-way voice conversation with your customer in their preferred language.

With Sarvam Outbound Voice Call, you can initiate automated phone conversations via MoEngage. When specific user actions occur, MoEngage sends a request to Sarvam’s Instant Outbound API. Sarvam then places the call through its integrated telephony providers, and its voice agent conducts the dialogue: greeting the customer by name, referencing the campaign context you passed (cart value, order ID, or amount due), handling questions and objections, and capturing the outcome of the conversation.

Unlike custom-server voice integrations, Sarvam hosts and operates the entire voice stack, including telephony, speech recognition, the conversational agent, and text-to-speech. You do not need to build, deploy, or maintain server infrastructure to use this integration.
