We are happy to share that MoEngage Inc, has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Retail Competency. So, what does that mean? It means that MoEngage has successfully demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success across numerous innovative solution areas in retail spanning AI/ML, and Retail Transformation. Retail brands such as Future Retail, Tokopedia, bigbasket, among several others trust and use the MoEngage platform to deliver hyper-personalization at scale across digital channels.

What does this competency mean for our customers? 

We underwent a fairly rigorous process to achieve this certification. There are three main reasons why this validation is important for our customers

  1. Reliability at Scale: Global retail brands in 35+ countries use the MoEngage platform to engage 600mn+ users, sending over a billion marketing messages every day – that are personalized to each user. Needless to say, MoEngage is a mission-critical application for our customers. The AWS certification should further reinforce our product robustness, performance and infrastructure reliability to our current and future customers.
  2. Security: Our customers trust us with their end-user data. And we treat that data with the utmost respect it deserves. We don’t cut corners when it comes to security and internally we have rigorous process and checks to maintain data security. The external validation from AWS definitely helps reinforce the fact that we have adopted the most secure and resilient infrastructure for industry applications.
  3. Scalability: Almost 50% of our customers are mobile-first brands that have scaled rapidly and continue to do so. This includes unicorns like bigbasket, OYO, OLA, Tokopedia, among several others. When our customers scale, they need a partner that keeps pace with them during their hyper-growth phase. And I am proud to say that we have scaled up rapidly with our customers.
