Raviteja (Ravi) Dodda is the Co-founder and CEO of MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform built for customer-obsessed marketers and product owners. He is an alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur. Ravi has more than 10 years of experience in leading global teams and managing successful products. Prior to MoEngage, he co-founded and built DelightCircle, a local-offers mobile app. Ravi has been recognized in the BW Disrupt 40 under 40 and Forbes 30 under 30 lists.

Paul Meinshausen is Co-founder and CEO of Aampe, an agentic AI decisioning company that deploys a dedicated AI agent for every individual user. Previously, he co-founded PaySense, a consumer fintech acquired by PayU in 2019, and has been an active angel investor since 2018 - making early investments into startups like Supabase, and Datalab.to. Paul's background spans data science, computational behavioral science, and building high-performance engineering and data teams.
