A client who is based out of multiple geos might have multiple WABA (Whatsapp Business Account) for each Geo. Whether they come from same provider or not is not sure hence we should follow the hierarchy of Provider → WABA → Templates i.e. Client can have one or more providers. With each provider they can have one or more WABA. With each WABA, there would be templates associated.
