Single-sign on and Two Factor Authentication

We support SSO via SAML 2.0 and acts as a service provider (SP) for SSO. SAML is an industry-standard protocol that allows delegation of authentication of users, similar to OAuth2.

When a user tries to login, the user is then redirected to the customer's internal or external SSO system where the authentication is performed and then returned back to MoEngage where the response is verified

Access control & Workflow Approvals

You can maintain tight control over who has access to user data within your enterprise. Create multiple teams in the same account, with access control of campaigns managed by different business groups. You can even setup a maker-checker approach to review campaigns before publishing

GDPR Compliance

We comply with the two most critical facets of GDPR. “Right to Erasure” and “Right to Restriction of Processing” . Under "Right To Erasure" of GDPR, we have exposed an API which will remove all the personal data associated with specific users who have requested to be erased. To comply with the data tracking opt-out requests of users under "Right To Restriction of Processing" of GDPR, our latest SDKs are now shipped with the methods to opt out of data tracking

California Consumer Privacy Act 2018 (CCPA)

We comply with the California Consumers Protection Act (CCPA). MoEngage is committed towards abiding by increased transparency regarding the collection and processing of personal information of California consumers and households. As per the regulation, California residents can request information about how we have collected and used Personal Information. We also implement and follow appropriate regulations surrounding the CCPA such as the collection, use and protection of personal information in our workflows.
